Dolphin Construction performed extensive demolition of existing partitions and finishes, while maintaining client business operations. Dolphin personnel managed the construction of new telecommunications and data rooms, executive offices, conference rooms, pantries, copy rooms and storage areas. Without interfering with building operations, Dolphin Construction installed new electrical power and lighting systems, HVAC systems and fire suppression systems. Some of the new finishes highlighted extensive custom millwork, glazing and acoustical ceiling systems.
