Dolphin Construction built a new cafeteria, fitness center, yoga room, locker rooms, restrooms, steam rooms and showers, telecommunication and data rooms, offices, conference rooms, copy rooms and storage areas. One of the highlights of this project was the construction of a new interior granite water feature. The construction of a custom inter-floor staircase and millwork ceiling panels gave this project a unique look. Dolphin Construction completed this project with three weeks to spare and saved the client over 10% in total project cost.
